Most orders are shipped within 4-7 days using USPS. In the rare instance an item is backordered or discontinued, will we notify you right away. From there we will let you know when we expect to get the item or offer you a similar product.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working hard to offer this service in the near future, so please check back soon.
When you submit your order, your card is charged in the final step of the check out process but only after you have been given sufficient time to review your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any hair care, skin care or body care products due to health reasons. Please make your selections very carefully. We apologize for any inconvenience. We do accept exchanges for hair appliances within 14 days of receipt. If an appliance is damaged, we will replace the item or offer a merchandise credit. The packaging and appliance must be in original condition; any extreme damage to the packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping charges vary depending on weight, packaging material, and handling, as well as the regional area the package is being shipped to.
