Our 14-Day Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call Good Looking Discounts at 1-866-948-7505 for a Return Authorization within fourteen days of receipt. The returned item must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and accessories. You will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. We will refund shipping charges only if the incorrect merchandise was shipped. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Warranties
If an appliance purchased from Good Looking Discounts is damaged or does not work, we will replace the item within 14 days of receipt. The customer will not be charged for the item, however shipping charges will apply. If the item no longer exists, we will find a suitable replacement.

Applies to all US addresses including military addresses (APO/FPO). Good Looking Discounts ships out orders Monday through Saturday, excluding all US postal holidays.
Orders typically leave our warehouse, located in New York, within 1 business day. You will receive email notification when your order leaves the warehouse. Please be sure to add our email address to your contacts, as emails may end up in Spam.
Delivery Time estimates based on orders received before 2pm ET, Monday through Saturday. Orders received after 2pm ET, Monday through Friday will ship out the next business day.
Shipping costs are based on packages up to 3 pounds. Oversized packages are subject to extra postage costs.
Tracking Information
For more information on your specific package please Sign In to your account and review your Order History. If your order says In Progress, it hasn't yet left our warehouse. If it says Shipped, you will be able to view any available tracking information. Shipping and tracking information will also be made available in your shipping confirmation email. Once your order arrives, order status will change to Complete.
If you do not have an account with us, tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged Shipment
If damage to your shipment occurred, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions:

Within 24 hours, please call your shipping carrier to obtain a Damage Inspection report. For further instructions, review the information from USPS.
Request that your shipping carrier return the order to Good Looking Discounts at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This can delay your transaction.
Insurance
If insurance is purchased and a product leaks or does not function properly, the item will be replaced at no additional cost. The price of insurance is 10% of the item. We strongly encourage customers to purchase insurance as we do not refund packages that have been damaged while in transit.
