This is by far the BEST product I've ever used to make my VERY long hair easy to comb and manage after shampooing. I was skeptical at first, but when my hair dresser gave me a sample to bring home and use myself, I was convinced that this was a product I was going to keep using. Even my teen-age daughter likes to use it. She has long hair too and it definitely manages our manes!

I no longer use conditioner in the shower... not because this spray is to heavy, but because I don't feel that I need it anymore. Its very light weight feeling, no heavy residue, makes my hair soft & shiney.
